ActiveProspect, the SaaS platform helping companies acquire customers via consent-based marketing, today announces that ProspeX Digital, an industry leader in performance marketing, has chosen ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm product to independently certify web leads as TCPA-compliant. Partnering with ActiveProspect will be key in demonstrating ProspeX Digital’s commitment to offering qualified and compliant opt-in prospects.
Because ProspeX Digital specializes in high-intent prospecting, data development, and marketing services within multiple verticals, it’s critical to ensure that every lead is opted in to stay compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The TCPA requires prior express written consent for marketers to contact consumers via auto dialer or text message. ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm captures and documents TCPA consent, ensuring that prospects have opted in to receive communications and ensuring ProspeX Digital runs completely compliant operations.
ActiveProspect developed TrustedForm in 2010 as the original lead certification product. TrustedForm generates a unique certificate for each prospect that is stored with each record, and includes a video replay of the prospect engaging with the web form. TrustedForm is considered the highest standard for documenting proof of TCPA consent.
